Managing Director
Mr. Emeka Njoku is the founder and managing director of Frigate Upstream & Energy Services Limited. He graduated from the University of Port Harcourt in 1998 with a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering. In 2011, he obtained an M.Eng in Industrial Engineering from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. For fifteen years, Mr. Emeka Njoku has successfully grown Frigate Upstream & Energy Services to handle specialized services in the area of drilling waste management services. Mr. Emeka Njoku is licensed by the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN). He is also a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), and the Nigerian Environmental Society (NES) respectively.

Emmanuel Aseme
General Manager
Mr. Emmanuel Aseme has been in this position since late 2014. He is a graduate of Chemical Engineering from the University of Port-Harcourt, Nigeria, with over 20 years of expertise in oilfield related services. Emmanuel started his career with Schlumberger as a Field Engineer in Nigeria and then worked in different countries in various capacities across several functions and managerial positions in the 14 years he spent with the company. Following Schlumberger Emmanuel signed up with Weatherford as the Country Sales Director in 2010 and held this key position until joining Frigate in November 2014. Emmanuel’s oilfield expertise is in Well Cementing, Well Drilling & Completion Fluids, Miscellaneous Pumping, Pipeline Pigging, Filtration, Coiled Tubing, Sand Control, Stimulation, Well Completions and Associated Ancillary Services.

Cyril Okoh

Mr. Cyril Okoh joined Frigate Upstream & Energy Services Limited in August 2013, He graduated with a HND in Accounting in Auchi Polytechnic in 1980. He became an associate of Institute of Charted Accountant Nigeria (ICAN) in 1998. He also obtained his M.Sc. from the University of Northampton (United Kingdom) in I.T Service Management in 2010. Cyril Okoh has over twenty years’ experience in various industries in Nigeria and United Kingdom, including working with the Central Bank of Nigeria for four Years from 1989. He has also worked as a consultant, providing business support in Accounting, General Business Management, etc. He currently oversees financial activities in the organization to ensure judicious use of resources and coordinates preparation of management reports, financial statement reports provides funds for organization’s use.

Mrs. Ijeoma Iroanya joined Frigate Upstream & Energy Services Limited in 2015. She holds Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Secretarial Administration from Rivers State University of Science and Technology in 2001. A member of Institute of Public Diplomacy and Management, she became an Associate of Chartered Institute of Administration (ACIA) in 2013 and Associate of Institute of Charted Personnel Management (ACIPM) in 2014. She has over 10years of experience in office and Personnel administration in the Oil and Gas industry. Mrs. Iroanya is currently responsible for the availability of tailored, focused and value adding HR interventions that support business objectives. She also coordinates the effective use and availability of organization’s facility, working tools and equipment for business operational performance.
